this world of competition, the child needs to be proficient in communication skills. The aim therefore is to equip the child with the tools of the language. Proficiency in English is a must and it can be acquired through continuous and consistent use of the language. Ample opportunities are provided to the students so that they are able to express themselves independently thus raising their level of confidence.

Keeping this aim in mind, MRIS holds theme assemblies at frequent intervals from Toddlers to Grade X and encourages every student to participate in them and showcase their growing talent. Parents are invited to witness the hard work put in by the teachers and students in these assemblies that elucidate whatever the class has learnt during that period. In the senior classes, students are actively involved in the planning process as well and scrip out their assembly. Even the slightest endeavour on the part of the child is recognized and applauded.
